Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 8 October 2025

Applies to: www.getwheeldriving.com and sub■pages

Our commitment
Get Wheel Driving is committed to making our website and digital resources accessible to as many people as
possible. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 level AA and design content that
works for keyboard■only users, screen readers, and people with low vision, cognitive, hearing, and motor
impairments.
How accessible this website is
• Some downloadable PDFs (particularly older/legacy documents) may not be fully tagged for screen readers.
• Some embedded videos (e.g., Vimeo, TikTok, or YouTube) may not yet include captions or full transcripts.
• Certain third■party components (maps, social embeds, forms) may not allow full keyboard control.
• A small number of legacy images may be missing alt text.
If you can’t access parts of this site
If you need information in a different format (accessible PDF, large print, audio transcript, or plain text), please
email team@getwheeldriving.com and include the page URL and the format you need. We’ll respond as soon
as possible and provide an accessible alternative wherever we can.
Reporting accessibility problems
We’re always looking to improve accessibility. If you find any problems not listed on this page, or think we’re not
meeting accessibility requirements, please contact team@getwheeldriving.com with details of the issue and the
page URL.
Enforcement procedure (UK)
If you’ve contacted us about an accessibility problem and you’re not happy with our response, you can contact the
Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) for advice and support.
Technical information about this site’s accessibility
Compliance status: Partially compliant with WCAG 2.2 AA due to the non■compliances listed above.
Compatibility: We support the current and previous major versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox on
desktop and mobile. The site is intended to work with current screen readers (e.g., VoiceOver, NVDA) and with
keyboard■only navigation.
Limitations: Some third■party widgets or embeds used on the site may not fully meet WCAG criteria; we provide
accessible alternatives where practical.
Measures we take
• Use semantic headings, labels, and landmarks.

• Provide alt text for meaningful images and non■text content.
• Ensure sufficient colour contrast and avoid using colour alone to convey meaning.
• Maintain keyboard operability and visible focus states.
• Provide captions and/or transcripts for training videos where feasible.
• Avoid auto■playing audio/video without controls.
What we’re doing to improve accessibility
• Migrating key downloads to tagged, accessible PDFs; providing alternative formats on request.
• Adding captions to new videos and prioritising captions/transcripts for the most■used existing videos.
• Auditing images to add or improve alt text.
• Periodic testing with tools such as WAVE, axe, and Lighthouse, plus manual reviews with keyboard■only
navigation and screen readers.
Preparation of this accessibility statement
This statement was prepared on 8 October 2025. We evaluated our site through self■assessment against WCAG
2.2 AA, automated checks (WAVE/axe/Lighthouse), and manual spot■testing with keyboard navigation and
screen readers.
